Returns & Exchanges Policies


  • Items purchased with cash may be returned for store credit only.
  • Gift Cards and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • To ensure that you will receive either a refund or store credit for returned items, all products must be in original resalable condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached.
  • If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please review the section at the bottom of this page for instructions.

RETURNS

  • Items returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for your choice of a refund or store credit.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, should you choose to return your items for store credit rather than a refund, we will pay a portion of the return shipping cost by adding additional store credit to your account. The additional credit amount varies, based on the items being returned.
  • To return an item, please mail it back to us at the below address, being sure to include the Return Form found at the bottom of your packing slip.
  • We will process your refund or store credit and notify you via email within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned items.
  • Please review the “Returns & Exchanges Policies” section at the top of this page before sending items back to us.

EXCHANGES

  • Due to fluctuating inventory, seasonal items, and differing item prices and shipping charges, we honor exchange requests by issuing store credit for the cost of the original item purchased, which can then be applied toward purchasing the item you'd like to order in exchange.
  • Items returned to us within 30 days of purchase are eligible for store credit, which you can apply toward the item you wish to order instead.
  • To exchange an item, please mail it back to us at the below address, being sure to include the Return Form found at the bottom of your packing slip, and indicating your request for store credit. If you no longer have it, you can download and print a Return Form here.
  • Please ensure that you have created an account with us on our website, using the email address you used when placing your order, as this is where we will issue your store credit.
  • We will process your store credit and notify you via email within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned items.

RETURNING A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM

Our apologies! Though our goal is to get things right every time, mistakes do happen. For this reason it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us via our contact page within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your items and our Customer Care team will assist you in the return/exchange process for these items. We cannot replace damaged or incorrect items outside of this time frame, or items that have been worn or laundered. 

If an item is determined incorrect or damaged, we will issue a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of returning the item to us, and if available a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge. We are unable to reimburse shipping costs for any incorrect or damaged items that are shipped back to us without a prepaid shipping label issued by us, so it is important to contact us before shipping any damaged items back to us.

EXCHANGES FOR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Should you desire to exchange an item purchased during a promotion, please contact us via our contact page for detailed information on how store credit will be processed.

GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you received Grace and Lace items as a gift and would like to return or exchange an item you received, please include the purchaser’s name when sending the items back to us. If the information is available to you, please also include the purchaser’s email address and the order number, as this will further assist us in tracking down the original order. Gifts returned within 60 days of purchase are eligible for your choice of a refund to the purchaser’s original form of payment, or for store credit to your own Grace and Lace account, which you can apply toward the item you wish to order instead. If no preference is indicated, we will issue store credit for the returned item(s). Please ensure that you have created an account with us on our website, as this is where we will issue your store credit. Please also be sure to review the above policies regarding returns and exchanges before sending items back to us.

Please save your tracking number when shipping items back to us, as we cannot issue refunds or store credit for any items that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason.
